The Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of Hallcon’s clients through the management of our On-Demand Shuttle services. This role is Responsible for the daily coordination of field operational issues to ensure safe and timely transportation service to our customers.
Responsibilities:

• Supports company’s safety goals, including but not limited to audits, staffing, training, vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure all locations are adequately staffed for maximum van utilization and customer service.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Conduct Corrective Actions meetings with drivers.
• Supervise all Site Supervisors, Yard Coordinators, Road Coordinators and Drivers.
• Maintain job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining local supervisors; monitor performance results.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and maintained in accordance with the company policies.
• Coordinate the repair of a vehicle with input from the Fleet Department based on cost and service issues.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of two years management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years, no alcohol / drug related convictions within the last 3 years, no careless/reckless driving conviction with the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
